Vayvi collects account information (email, name), family and care profile data you enter, logs you record, and documents you upload to your private vault. We use this data only to provide the service you request.
Vayvi processes account, family, and profile identifiers; notification tokens when you enable push notifications; app interactions needed to operate and improve features; purchase products and entitlement status; and limited crash and performance diagnostics. Infrastructure providers necessarily process network and device information, such as an IP address, platform, and app version, to route requests, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. Vayvi does not use that information to build an advertising profile or to store your precise location.
Your health and family data is used to power adaptive dashboards, reminders, and exports. We do not sell your personal or health information to third parties.
We process account and care data to provide the service you request, protect the service, meet legal obligations, and—with your permission—send device notifications. You can turn notification categories off in Settings and can withdraw device permission in your operating-system settings.
We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; RevenueCat and the applicable app store for purchase and entitlement processing; Expo infrastructure for push delivery; Sentry for production crash and sampled performance diagnostics; and contracted hosting and email-delivery providers. These providers process data only to perform services for Vayvi. Production error monitoring disables default PII transmission. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal or health information, show third-party advertising, or use your data for targeted ads.
Data is stored securely with encryption in transit and at rest. Role-based access controls limit who in your family can view or edit profiles and vault items.
Family administrators control invitations and roles. Information entered into a shared family or care profile may be visible to other authorized family members. Review the family-members screen and remove access you no longer want to provide.
We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Account deletion removes your sign-in and personal profile and revokes your family memberships. Records contributed to a shared family may remain with that family so other authorized caregivers do not lose the care record; your account details are removed from those records. Before deleting a sole family administrator, Vayvi requires ownership to be transferred or the family to be deleted. Backup copies expire through our normal backup-retention cycle.
You can delete your account in Vayvi under More → Settings. If you cannot access the app, use our public account-deletion request page.
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection, and may complain to your data-protection authority. You can export account data or start account deletion in Settings. Contact us for help or to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.
Vayvi is for parents, guardians, and adult caregivers. Children may not create their own accounts. An adult account holder is responsible for entering and managing a child's care-profile information and for obtaining any consent required by local law.
Our providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for those transfers. If this policy materially changes, we will update the effective date and provide an in-product or email notice when appropriate.
