Acceptance

By using Vayvi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service description

Vayvi provides family care organization tools including tracking, reminders, document storage, and educational content. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.

Eligibility and family access

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use Vayvi as an adult parent, guardian, or caregiver. You are responsible for invitations you send, permissions you grant, and having authority to enter information about another person. Shared-family members may see information according to their assigned role.

Health and emergency disclaimer

Vayvi organizes information and educational material. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or monitor a condition, and is not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on Vayvi for emergencies, medication dosing, or time-critical decisions. Contact local emergency services or a qualified clinician when needed.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the billing period you select. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled according to applicable app store or payment provider policies.

Prices and included features are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel an app-store subscription in your Apple or Google account; deleting Vayvi does not by itself cancel a store subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, upload unlawful or malicious material, access another family without permission, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use automated means that burden the service. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address a material breach.

Your content and service rights

You retain ownership of information you enter. You give Vayvi a limited permission to host, process, back up, and display it only as needed to provide and protect the service. Vayvi and its software, design, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Vayvi available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change for security, legal, or product reasons. We will give reasonable notice of material changes when appropriate. You may stop using the service and export or delete account data from Settings.

Limitation of liability

Vayvi is provided "as is." We are not liable for decisions you make based on information stored or displayed in the app. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

Privacy, termination, and these terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—survive. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. We may update these terms and will identify the new effective date; continued use after a notified material change means you accept the updated terms.
