Choose the period and units

Set date filters, profile, and measurement units before reviewing a summary. A short or incomplete recording period may not represent the wider picture.

Inspect the underlying entries

A chart is a description of recorded data. Check the source records when a value surprises you. Missing dates are not evidence of missing care.

Prepare a report for a purpose

Select relevant information, preview the report, and check it before sharing. CSV export is available on Free; PDF exports and visit reports are Premium benefits.
