Choose Forgot password from the sign-in page and follow the email instructions. Use the same sign-in method as your original account. Contact support if recovery does not work; never send your password.

Manage a purchase with its provider
Manage a web purchase in billing settings and a store purchase through the relevant store. Available plans and any trial are shown before you pay. A listed reference price is not a charge or an active subscription.
Changing a plan and keeping your records
Check the applicable terms and billing screen before changing a plan. Do not assume that cancelling a subscription deletes your account. Export important information separately and use the deletion process when you want to close the account.
