Getting started
Your first care record in Vayvi.
Create an account, choose a profile, record an activity, and find it again in history.
Open web app1. Create and verify your account
Open the web app and choose Create account. Use an email address you can access. Follow verification instructions if requested, then sign in. You do not need an Android installation.
2. Set up the relevant profile
Choose the care path and enter the details needed for that profile. Check the stage and tracking preferences. If you provide care for several people, confirm the selected name before every entry.
3. Add one useful record
Open Track or the relevant module, enter the actual time and details, and save. Check the confirmation. A locally saved draft has not necessarily reached the server.
4. Find it in history
Review the entry, correct a mistake, and check the original units. Visit Insights when you have records to review. An empty chart is not a care assessment.
5. Add collaboration when you need it
The free plan includes you as the sole caregiver. If your plan supports more people, invite them through Family rather than sharing your password.
