Privacy and sharing
Understand who can see your care records.
A practical explanation of family access, sensitive records, documents, export, and account deletion.
Open web appYour account and selected family matter
Care records belong to a family and profile. Invitations and roles control access; selecting another profile changes the context in which you record and review information. Do not share account passwords as a substitute for invitations.
Private history is different from a family update
Personal recovery and screening information have stricter visibility rules than ordinary shared planning. Check the relevant screen and role before entering information intended to remain private.
Documents need deliberate sharing
Review the document, its profile, and recipient before sharing. Removing a caregiver’s access cannot retrieve files they already downloaded. Keep copies of documents you need outside the service.
Export or leave
Use the supported export and account deletion routes. The privacy policy explains processing, providers, retention, and rights; this page is a readable introduction, not a replacement for that policy.
